Weston grew up in Covington, TN (about an hour north of Memphis) and graduated from the University of Memphis in 2020. Following college, he signed up for the Downline Emerging Leaders program. God used Downline to shift his trajectory and priorities in life as it was the first time he felt equipped for everyday ministry and realized the power of God’s Word. Close to two years later, Weston moved to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia to work with Pastor Steve Winstead and help coordinate the first Downline Ethiopia program. He moved back to Memphis in June 2023 to work with the Downline Emerging Leaders program. He is currently working on a Master of Theological Studies from Midwestern Baptist Seminary.
