Pepper was born and raised in Southern California. He trusted Christ while serving in the Air Force. A graduate of San Diego Christian College he then went on to graduate from Mid America Seminary with a Master of Divinity in 1994. Next he served on a mission team in Albania for two years. In 2002, Pepper moved to Costa Rica and spent a year learning Spanish. He then served on a church planting team for seven years in Honduras. Pepper has traveled to all 50 states, as well as over 60 countries and counting. Pepper leads disciple-making conferences for the purpose of initiating disciple-making movements in various places around the world. He enjoys sharing the good news, waterskiing and exploring the world. Pepper met his much better half Gabriela while serving in Honduras.
