KINGDOM COMPANY PARTNERSHIP
"Kingdom Companies," as they are commonly referred to in Memphis, are a network of four Memphis-based companies.
The Emerging Leaders program has recently formed a partnership with the Kingdom Companies. Our goal is to establish a pool of Emerging Leaders (ELs) to work at one of the two Kingdom Companies listed below who not only excel in doing God-honoring work but seek to live missionally in the workplace.

BluePrint Supply Chain: Currently the newest and fastest-growing addition to the Kingdom Companies, BluePrint is a Memphis-based supply chain management company. The primary divisions in BluePrint are sales (reaching out and building relationships with potential customers), operations (managing assets of current customers), and transportation logistics (setting up delivery solutions for all phases of equipment movement). Job opportunities at BluePrint are considered office jobs.

ProLift Rigging: With over 400 employees across 9 different States and Canada, ProLift Rigging is an industrial crane, rigging, transportation, and warehousing solutions provider. ProLift’s fieldwork includes machinery moving, heavy over-the-road hauling, crane & rigging, warehouse equipment organization, and field leadership. Office work includes project management, engineering, dispatching, sales, branch leadership, and more. ProLift is headquartered in Memphis, and it has all corporate support roles (engineering, accounting, IT, recruiting, HR, safety, training, etc.).
